Designed and Imported from Germany, this Circular turning slicer  allows you to create 9 different "cuts" from your  vegetables.  

The new Dyskus Cutter  facilitates precise cutting of vegetables or fruits in the form of cubes, diamonds, slices, lattices and waves. Patterns are achieved by changing the position of the blades on the circular path. Vegetables and fruits are cut in a circular fashion, which is faster and more efficient than a traditional mandoline. Includes a blade cover for safety.

As opposed to conventional equipment, with the DYSKUS®CUTTER you work with a flowing, circular motion. You guide the food you want to slice over the blade inserts arranged at a 90° or 135° angle. Depending on the choice and combination of the blades used, you will slice either, e.g. cubes, lattices or rhomboids.
