for making nut and seed milks as well as for sprouting any
kind of seeds and beans at home, on the road and on camping
trips. The proteins in soaked and germinated raw, organic
nuts and seeds are in the most easily-assimilated form —
amino acids — with none of the toxicity of cooked
cow milk and soy milk products. Nut and seed milks are more
nutritious than eating solid nuts and seeds and they are
ultra-low in gritty, indigestible solid particles; this
can dramatically improve digestion and bowel health. All
of the amino acids essential to health are abundant in luscious
nut and seed milks. Nut and seed milks put an end to unhealthful
fat cravings, allergies and skin rashes, and they are a

Milks
Place approx. 1/2 cup of dry or presoaked raw nuts or seeds in a blender.
Add approx. 1 to 2 cups of water. Blend at high speed for approx. 4 minutes.
Pour the contents into the milk bag, tighten the string then squeeze the
bag, releasing the milk into a container. Add more water to release more
milk and repeat. Feed the remaining nut or seed particles to pets or add
to compost.

Dressings, Sauces, Creams
Blend with nut or seed milk your choice of acid fruits and/or vegetables,
e.g., fresh orange juice, tangerine juice, grapefruit juice, strawberries,
peaches, mangos, tomato, cucumber, leafy greens, etc. Add herbs and seasonings
for zesty flavors, e.g, dill, basil, tomato powder, celery salt, dulse flakes,
cinnamon, allspice, etc.
Sprouting
Soak the seeds approx. 12 hours, rinse then place them in the bag. Hang
the bag above a bowl or your sink. Moisten regularly with fresh water.
