| Description | Well as you can probably tell from my nickname I love the excitement and energy that comes from living in the city, but I also need to reconnect with nature every once in a while. There's something beautiful about raw, untouched nature that just replenishes me.
My friends tell me I'm a very grounded person (mostly rooted in faith) and I really try to live my life with intent. It's never made much sense to me to dwell on the past or worry about tomorrow when my life is actually happening today! So I'm very deliberate with the choices I make in my life. I'm not one to follow others just to do it - there has to be a purpose behind it.
I love live music and usually catch some live show every week or so. Most tend to be local DJ sets (How could I possibly live in Detroit and not love Detroit Techno?), underground indie/slowcore bands and great local acts. I also enjoy nights in...dinner and a nice glass of wine, or cozying up with a new independent film. |

| Ideal Mate | I would love to meet a guy who is confident in who he is. I want someone who has spent time on his own, and is comfortable being his own best friend - he's at ease in his own skin. He is living such a genuinely full life and just wants to share that joy with someone else. He understands and accepts the trials that life brings, but is determined to live life to its fullest each day.
He is honest, knows what he does and doesn't want in a relationship and also sets standards for himself. He is warm and kind, spontaneous, knows exactly how to make me laugh and is someone I can truly be myself around. No pretenses on either side!
If something more blossoms from there, he will become someone I can share my hopes and dreams with. |
