| Description | I've had a pretty crazy and exciting life. I've lived all over the world (Toronto, Philly, Vienna, Taipei and now LA), speak 6 languages in varying degrees and spent most of my 20's trying out everything. Turning 30 has been a major turning point in my life and I am naturally calming down from a turbulent decade. I find it fascinating how life is cyclical and I find myself turning back to the spiritual and dietary ideals that fascinated me at the beginning of my 20's. I am finding that this diet is both grounding me and also bringing me naturally to a higher spiritual way of operating and thinking. It's purifying me from the inside out! I'm a lot more focused and present. I feel myself becoming "un-crazy." It's really been wonderful! |
| Hobbies | I'm a musician and student of music so most of my activities involve music. However, since going Raw, being a Raw foodist and preparing meals has taken up a lot of time. I'm also into buddhist philosophy and meditation as taught by S.N. Goenka.

| Goals | After I finish my doctoral degree at USC in Choral Conducting, I plan to travel the world teaching for a few years at a time in various exotic locales. Or I might stay in LA... who knows... it's three years off! |
