DescriptionI love to embrace life. I can live in the moment and live fully if I am eating light. If I overindulge, my quality of life pluments. I have found that the living food diet works best for me. It's the difference in being on top of the world and in the cellar. I falter when with friends and just fit in with what they are doing so as to not draw attention to this unconventional diet. It will be so much easier if and when the majority begins eating this way.

GoalsEmbrace this diet wholeheartedly. Find new easy ways to eat raw. Be diligent with a workout program. Lose 10 pounds. No further need for wine or liquor in social setting. Continue to increase my personal relationship with God.
