| Description | I will describe myself as a product of what I do. As you can see by the description of my hobbies, that in itself is a picture of who I am. But, I guess I can add a little to the picture. I was born and raised in L.A., but spent summers in the Sierra Nevadas in a place called Mineral King. I love the mountains as a result, and would say I'm very "outdoorsy". I am short compared to most Americans, and have inherited premature gray hair, but my energy is picking up with the raw foods I've been eating. I've been dropping weight and have about 10 more pounds still to lose, but I'm not worried about that. Like I expressed earlier, I am an animal lover, tree hugger, and you could say I'm a pacifist. I have ambitions and goals for the future and feel more positively than ever about who I am as my own person. |
| Hobbies | I am enjoying and reaping the benefits of raw food, and veganism is becoming a passion for me. I am an animal rights advocate, since reading John Robbins' book: Diet for a New America.
I love spending time in my garden where there's so much to do, my focus is native California plants, which I've been planting for about 5 yrs. now. I enjoy taking my dogs to the park to jog/walk the trails. And now that I'm feeling so much more energetic am contemplating participating in the 2005 L.A. Marathon, although I'd have a lot of preparation to do before that date!
I'm against the occupation of Iraq and enjoy being with like-minded people, listening to KPFK, and Pacifica radio, and reading in bed.
