Raw Knowledge Book Review
by Mary Ziolo

When I first saw the beautifully inspiring cover of 'Raw Knowledge', I knew I just had to read this book. Something about how the light streamed through the heavens onto the temple (of knowledge) attracted me unexplicably. I had no choice but to absorb this book as soon as possible. In this case, you can judge a book by its cover and you will not be disappointed. The contents will be more inspiring than you expected.

The entertaining, magical journey on which we are taken, leads us through a castle where we are given various ‘Keys of Knowledge' to the Body, Mind and Soul. These keys allow us to open doors where we discover things we were not we were not aware of before. Paul stresses a different way of viewing everything in life throughout the book beginning with having an open mind. This open mind sets the tone for the whole way we live our lives and how we experience it. Once we have opened the first door, we are taught new eye-opening lessons that build one on top of the other. By being willing to step outside of society's prescribed behavioral pattern, we find all the keys that unlock the door where answers are found.

One obvious way to break out of 'the common sense' mode is to embark on a raw food diet. Anyone will agree that this is certainly one way to establish our independence, as it entails challenging so many inherent cultural issues. Eating is such an integral part of important to BE HAPPY. If you are miserable, despite eating the best foods available, you will surely become sick.

Paul explains disease: what causes it, what the signs are, how to prevent it, and how to cure it. He even provides a step[by[step detailed outline of the effects on your body. Be prepared- it may be more than you want to know!

Find out why 'money is not the key to being rich'. Discover what the 'three most powerful words' are. Learn how silence can be 'the greatest means of expression.' Why raw organic food, sunshine, water and the air you breathe' are so important.

Ever wanted to know what the difference between positive and negative ions are? Curious about what the '5-5-5-5' rule is? What are the real reasons why we eat? Why the power of rest cannot be underestimated? What prana is? 'Raw Knowledge' contains these answers laid out in Paul's no-nonsense style.

Visit the 'Museum of Knowledge' to learn from some of the most respected names in the raw-food movement like: Viktoras Kulvinskas, Gabriel Cousens, The High Priest Kofi Kwatamani, and so on. Pick your own favorite. No matter what, you are guaranteed to unearth something new and gain a fresh perspective. Topics covered include: common pitfalls of the raw-food diet, how to handle spouses and families, are nuts and seeds a good food , emotional detox, health challenges and so much more.

Ultimately, the answer lies within where we can discover our own Castle of Knowledge. This book will show you the way along with providing much needed information about the raw food diet. Paul shows us how to transition, cleanse and maintain excellent health. He covers various types of foods and how and when to best eat them. Paul even includes such mouth-watering recipes as 'Live Fries', 'Sunfired-Tomato Lasagna', 'Seasoned Asparagus Bundles with Shaved Hazelnuts and Marinated Pear', 'Pumpkin Pie', and 'Chocolate Mousse Pie' along with many others to entice you to jump on the raw food band wagon.

As if this wasn't enough information already, Paul covers natural childbirth, home schooling, vaccination, and how to help protect the environment and our future. Resources such as organizations, healing retreats, restaurants and useful reading are listed as well. All in all, there is plenty here for the budding and established raw fooder to sink their teeth into.

Choose to use your mind! Remember it's not about being perfect but being happy! Why not make it easier by reading 'Raw Knowledge'?
